We are the official organization of the Ward One Democrats in our nation’s capital.
Ward One Democrats is the official Democratic Party organization for Ward One in Washington, D.C., a dynamic and diverse community in the heart of our nation’s capital and home to more than 40,000 registered Democrats.
Ward One includes the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, Howard University, LeDroit Park, Mount Pleasant, Park View, Pleasant Plains, Shaw, and U Street.
Ward One Democrats operate independently but in close alignment with the goals of the Democratic Party at the city and national levels.
