Welcome to the Ward One Democrats’ Ward-Wide Meeting! This guide explains each step of the meeting, links all documents, and makes it easier to follow along without printed packets. The agenda and sequence follow our bylaws and parliamentary authority (Robert’s Rules of Order).

3. Registration

Registration will be handled by volunteers.
No action required; simply check in at the registration table.

4. Call to Order

Quorum rule: 25 members in good standing, including 3 officers (Bylaws Art. VI).

5. Reading and Approval of Minutes

Requires a 2/3 vote.
